Inspired by the thing that's seen her every emotion, her bathroom mirror, Lauren Spencer-Smith is set to serve lyrical tales that explore her life's highs and lows through healing and growth in her upcoming debut album, "Mirror". In support of the rising star's big debut LP, Spencer-Smith is launching her very own headlining 'Mirror Tour'.
Sharing a glimpse of "Mirror" with a new single, "That Part", Lauren explores diving into a heartfelt relationship. The song follows her previous 2023 releases, "Best Friend Breakup" with its unfiltered feelings matched with punchy beats, and her collaborative confrontational track "Fantasy" with GAYLE and Em Beihold.
With massive anticipation surrounding the release of her debut LP, Mirror will feature 15 personal tracks that explore her life's highs and lows and her own tales of reflection amidst healing and growth.
"I’ve been working on this album for years," the singer shared. "It has been with me through so much in my life, the highs and the lows, and it means more to me than I can put into words. It tells a story of reflection, healing and growth."
Lauren's "Mirror" is set to share life tales through raw honesty reflecting the depth of her real emotions. "The title comes from the one thing in my life that’s seen me in every emotion through that journey— my bedroom and bathroom mirror," the singer shared.
Reaching the top 20 on the 18th season of American Idol in 2020, the British-born Canadian singer is bound to soar to greater heights as she releases her debut full-length and launches her first global tour. On a continuous journey of blooming following her first waves of success with her 2022 singles "Fingers Crossed" and "Flowers", Lauren Spencer-Smith is definitely a star in our books!
